Q. Where do you source your books?
A. We source directly from publishers in Hong Kong, and aim to keep all the costs low so we can pass on any savings to you.

Q. What if I can’t find what I am looking for?
A. If you would like specific titles from the Greenfield website or the Hambaanlaang website, you can order directly with them.  Alternatively, drop us a line and we may be able to include them in our next round of order.

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We currently ship to mainland UK only.

Q. An item I would like to buy is out of stock – can you notify me when it is back in stock?
A. Absolutely! Please use this form to let us know the item(s) you would like to be notified about and we will drop you a line when there is stock.

Q. The item I would like to order is listed as “Available on back order”.  What does it mean?
A. This means the item is not currently in stock.  However you are welcome to place an order on it and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock.

Q. I can’t read Chinese myself, is there any help you can provide with reading in Cantonese?
A. Absolutely!  For titles in the Reading Schemes category on our website, we can provide the Jyutping/Yale phonics to accompany an order you place with us. This is a free-of-charge, on-demand service.  Please drop us an email at hello@minutebookstore.co.uk after you have placed an order with us if you would like this service.  Turnaround time may vary.
